Housekeeping services were inconsistent, often requiring multiple requests for basic items!!! Additionally, elevator delays were frustrating, especially during peak hours!!! Improvements would enhance the overall experience.

I enjoyed my weekend stay, especially how close the hotel is to Battery Park and One World Trade Center, making it super easy to walk around and soak in the sights, while the lobby and bar areas felt welcoming and stylish for lounging after exploring the city.

Had an awesome time with my friends during our stay! We loved hanging out in the 5,000 square-foot lounge, challenging each other to some ping pong and enjoying the vibes while the DJ spun classics. Perfect for a group getaway. Just a heads-up, the rooms are quite tight, so pack light!
